Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, including original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or the wrong product was sent. In such cases, return shipping will be covered by us.

To start a return, please contact us at maxc.usacompany@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with detailed return instructions.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
